The best physio in town!

Mike is the best physio I’ve ever had! I am from the USA and was in Cape Town for a few months and had recurring back pain. He actually addressed my pain with massage and dry needling and gave helpful exercises to maintain core and glute strength. He sent me the videos of how to do the exercises and showed me ways to realign my pelvis on my own. He is very friendly and is an expert in the field!!

I thoroughly enjoy Kerrie’s yoga classes. Thank you for being such a good instructor! :)
